Friendly Fire Design makes every attempt to ensure that the information contained in this website is up-to-date and accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions or for any decisions made on the basis of this information. Friendly Fire Design cannot be held responsible for the content of external websites to whom we link to.

 

Quotes & Estimates

We do our very best to provide customers with the most accurate price quotes possible.  However due to unknown variables (such as customer provided artwork) the quotes we provide are estimates only and subject to change prior to your order being placed. 

 

Artwork Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise arranged prior to production, all artwork, screens, films, and digitizing for your order remains the property of Friendly Fire Design and will be maintained for our exclusive usage in executing your orders.  Because our policy is to render artwork and digitizing services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client of rights to artwork or digitized materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees, commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.

It will be assumed that any artwork you submit is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding it's usage. You will agree to assume any liability resulting from claims against Friendly Fire Design for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights.

 

Custom Order Terms & Conditions

Customers are ultimately responsible for insuring their design and artwork is correct prior to order production. When customers submit their own artwork for an order the artwork will be considered to have been proofed once submitted.  Friendly Fire Design will provide customers with a proof for each design and this proof must be approved prior to production

If artwork submitted is still in draft form, the customer must make Friendly Fire Design aware that the art provided is not the final artwork for the order, and the order will go on hold until final artwork is approved.

If Friendly Fire Design creates the artwork for the customer the customer will have an opportunity to proof the art prior to production. Customers should carefully review their graphics and should pay particular attention to spelling if your graphic incorporates words. If printed colors are critical to your project we recommend that customers verify the colors chosen for print against a Pantone book, proofs against a paper print or computer monitor screen for color cannot be guaranteed.

Once the customer has approved the proofed artwork, Friendly Fire Design will not be held responsible should the order be completed and later found to have errors due to spelling or other issues assuming the final product's graphic matches the customer approved art.

 

Custom Order Cancellations

Once a custom order has been placed, you may cancel your order at any time during production.  Customers will be billed accordingly for any labor and/or artwork time already completed and any materials, supplies, and or purchases made up to cancellation.  We will make every effort to return non-printed apparel and other un-used materials to minimize your costs, but the customer is ultimately responsible for paying for any costs accrued.

 

Custom Order Return Policy

All custom orders require a customer approved artwork/design proof prior to production.  This proof and your invoice will include complete details for your order. Our goal is to deliver high-quality custom products - products that look just like the artwork/design you approve. If the custom products you receive do not match your proof or invoice, or you receive any shortages or misprints please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing or the materials and/or your product differs from what was approved, we will replace all flawed or defective merchandise. All returns will be reprinted, sorry no refunds will be given. All reprints need to be approved by an Friendly Fire Design staff and also returned to Friendly Fire Design at, 2133 Diane Dr. Plano, TX 75074.
